Eşit Haklar İçin İzleme Derneği tarafından Avrupa Birliği Türkiye Delegasyonu tarafından desteklenen STÖ’lerin dezavantajlı grupların adalete erişiminin geliştirilmesindeki kolaylaştırıcı rollerinin güçlendirilmesi, dezavantajlı grupların adalete erişiminin sağlanması için diğer paydaşlarla ilişki ve işbirliklerini arttırılması hedeflenmektedir.
22-23 Ekim tarihlerinde Ankara’da düzenlenen Uluslararası Adalete Erişim Konferansı, farklı gruplar bakımından bariyerleri konuşmak, farklı ülkelerdeki deneyimleri adalete eşit erişim bağlamında tartışmak amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Konferansta yapılan sunumlardan oluşturduğumuz bu yayının hem sivil toplumun çalışmaları için hem de akademik çalışmalar için kaynak olmasını umuyoruz.

The International Conference on Access to Justice, held in Ankara on October 22-23, aimed to enhance the facilitating role of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) supported by the European Union Delegation to Turkey, through the Association for Monitoring Equal Rights. The goal was to improve the access to justice for disadvantaged groups and to foster their relationships and collaborations with other stakeholders, ultimately ensuring equitable access to justice for these marginalized communities.
This conference provided a platform to deliberate on obstacles faced by various groups and to share experiences from different countries regarding equal access to justice. We are excited to present this publication, compiled from the insightful presentations delivered during the conference. We believe it will serve as a valuable resource for both civil society initiatives and academic research.
